Narrative:

From mht-phl, nyc told us to cross 15 mi north of luz at FL180. Cruising at FL260 I responded, 'understand 15 mi north of luz at FL180, concur please.' she said, 'that's correct.' at 65 mi from luz, nyc called us and said, 'verify 50 mi north of luz at FL180.' I told her, 'you gave us 15 mi north at FL180.' so we descended as fast as we could to make the restr. The problem arose when she did not use the correct phraseology of 'five zero' instead of 50. I heard 15 mi -- not five zero.
