Passenger appeared intoxicated, so I refused to serve him any more alcohol. He became abusive and physical with 1 flight attendant and abusive to 2 other flight attendants. He was arrested in london. Reports have been filed with london officials. Ord-lhr oct/xa/99.

Narrative: PAX APPEARED INTOXICATED, SO I REFUSED TO SERVE HIM ANY MORE ALCOHOL. HE BECAME ABUSIVE AND PHYSICAL WITH 1 FLT ATTENDANT AND ABUSIVE TO 2 OTHER FLT ATTENDANTS. HE WAS ARRESTED IN LONDON. RPTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH LONDON OFFICIALS. ORD-LHR OCT/XA/99.
