Narrative:

For over 2 yrs now, whenever taxiing northeast on taxiway J for takeoff on runway 22L, the transmissometer light source has been blinding (from dusk onwards). I have reported this to the tower at least 3 times but nothing is ever done. The shield for the light is inadequate and needs to be modified. It would be very easy to prevent this problem, but the airport appears not to care.
