Narrative:
Climb on 150 degree heading to 14000 ft got TCASII TA on aircraft at 2 O'clock position and 7000 ft we were at 6000 ft climb at 2000 FPM. ATC gave us 160 degree heading then 230 degrees turning us into traffic. Got TCASII RA -- descended and turned back to 150 ft. ATC gave bad vector -- knew T38 was there.

Narrative: CLB ON 150 DEG HDG TO 14000 FT GOT TCASII TA ON ACFT AT 2 O'CLOCK POS AND 7000 FT WE WERE AT 6000 FT CLB AT 2000 FPM. ATC GAVE US 160 DEG HDG THEN 230 DEGS TURNING US INTO TFC. GOT TCASII RA -- DSNDED AND TURNED BACK TO 150 FT. ATC GAVE BAD VECTOR -- KNEW T38 WAS THERE.
