Narrative:

Just prior to rotation, a deer ran onto the runway. I rotated and heard a sound and felt as if we might have hit the deer. The gear retracted normally. I decided to continue to sfo, figuring that if we had blown a tire or sustained damage to the gear, etc, that it would be better to land at sfo. We prepared for an emergency landing at sfo. We landed normally without incident. After inspecting the aircraft, we found no damage. It was later reported that 1 deer out of 4 in the area was missing. I feel that these deer should be either relocated or install a fence around the airport.
