Narrative:

After all passenger got on and while doing our safety checks, passenger X asked for a pillow. I told her we had taken them all out of the overhead bins and passenger had taken them all. I had already taken them all from first, she said '*&^%' real loud. When I walked away, she said '%$#@' out loud. I remembered wondering if the little girl sitting next to her was hers. As we were landing, the passenger sitting close by asked me for another landing form. I told him that I had already personally handed everyone entering the aircraft a form. He said he made a mistake. I told him to write over the mistake, it is ok to do that or he could get another one in customs. About this time, the captain said 'prepare for landing.' I grabbed a market bag, walked to the middle of the aircraft and picked up and did safety checks. When I got back to the row where the passenger was, no one had attempted to stow the 5 bags in the bulkhead, which I had already asked to stow for takeoff. I asked passenger X to stow her bags. She waved me off and flung a few of the bags under her seat and her daughter's seat. The little girl sweetly handed me her backpack, and I put it in the overhead bin over her seat. The man close by to her started yelling at me and shoved me real hard. I caught myself just before I landed on top of his little girl. After steadying myself, I noticed I had accidentally closed the bin on a small (about 3 inches) long stuffed animal hanging from the zipper. I didn't say anything to passenger X. I walked to the front and told the purser air carrier employee. She called the cockpit and asked security to meet the flight. The captain asked me if I wanted him prosecuted. I said 'if he humbles himself and apologizes, let him go.' I went to the cockpit, while the captain and security talked to passenger Y outside. Passenger X walked by the cockpit and called me a '*$&#@.' I said nothing back to her. The engineer heard this. The captain let the passenger go, without my knowledge until after the fact, and without obtaining a police report. His reasoning was because passenger X and Y little girl started crying. He said he really wanted to prosecute him, since he also lied about shoving me. Passenger after passenger, walked by and said 'he's lying, we saw what happened.' the purser asked several if they would be a witness, and they said yes. I don't know if names were collected, but I have the paperwork with passenger names. I really do want this man and woman prosecuted. They should either pay a fine or not be allowed to fly on air carrier. We should not have to accept this. This was a clear situation of 2 mean, unhappy people who assaulted -- verbally and physically -- a totally innocent person, trying to perform duties of her job. Supplemental information from acn 449126: passenger shoved flight attendant #3 while she was closing overhead bins and checking seatbelts.

Title: A RPT, B727-200, MIAMI-CURACAO, PAX VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED FLT ATTENDANT. POLICE CALLED, NO ARREST.

Narrative: AFTER ALL PAX GOT ON AND WHILE DOING OUR SAFETY CHKS, PAX X ASKED FOR A PILLOW. I TOLD HER WE HAD TAKEN THEM ALL OUT OF THE OVERHEAD BINS AND PAX HAD TAKEN THEM ALL. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN THEM ALL FROM FIRST, SHE SAID '*&^%' REAL LOUD. WHEN I WALKED AWAY, SHE SAID '%$#@' OUT LOUD. I REMEMBERED WONDERING IF THE LITTLE GIRL SITTING NEXT TO HER WAS HERS. AS WE WERE LNDG, THE PAX SITTING CLOSE BY ASKED ME FOR ANOTHER LNDG FORM. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD ALREADY PERSONALLY HANDED EVERYONE ENTERING THE ACFT A FORM. HE SAID HE MADE A MISTAKE. I TOLD HIM TO WRITE OVER THE MISTAKE, IT IS OK TO DO THAT OR HE COULD GET ANOTHER ONE IN CUSTOMS. ABOUT THIS TIME, THE CAPT SAID 'PREPARE FOR LNDG.' I GRABBED A MARKET BAG, WALKED TO THE MIDDLE OF THE ACFT AND PICKED UP AND DID SAFETY CHKS. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE ROW WHERE THE PAX WAS, NO ONE HAD ATTEMPTED TO STOW THE 5 BAGS IN THE BULKHEAD, WHICH I HAD ALREADY ASKED TO STOW FOR TKOF. I ASKED PAX X TO STOW HER BAGS. I DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING TO PAX X. I WALKED TO THE FRONT AND TOLD THE PURSER ACR EMPLOYEE. SHE CALLED THE COCKPIT AND ASKED SECURITY TO MEET THE FLT. THE CAPT ASKED ME IF I WANTED HIM PROSECUTED. I SAID 'IF HE HUMBLES HIMSELF AND APOLOGIZES, LET HIM GO.' I WENT TO THE COCKPIT, WHILE THE CAPT AND SECURITY TALKED TO PAX Y OUTSIDE. PAX X WALKED BY THE COCKPIT AND CALLED ME A '*$&#@.' I SAID NOTHING BACK TO HER. THE ENGINEER HEARD THIS. THE CAPT LET THE PAX GO, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE UNTIL AFTER THE FACT, AND WITHOUT OBTAINING A POLICE RPT. HIS REASONING WAS BECAUSE PAX X AND Y LITTLE GIRL STARTED CRYING. HE SAID HE REALLY WANTED TO PROSECUTE HIM, SINCE HE ALSO LIED ABOUT SHOVING ME. PAX AFTER PAX, WALKED BY AND SAID 'HE'S LYING, WE SAW WHAT HAPPENED.' THE PURSER ASKED SEVERAL IF THEY WOULD BE A WITNESS, AND THEY SAID YES. I DON'T KNOW IF NAMES WERE COLLECTED, BUT I HAVE THE PAPERWORK WITH PAX NAMES. I REALLY DO WANT THIS MAN AND WOMAN PROSECUTED. THEY SHOULD EITHER PAY A FINE OR NOT BE ALLOWED TO FLY ON ACR. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS. THIS WAS A CLR SIT OF 2 MEAN, UNHAPPY PEOPLE WHO ASSAULTED -- VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY -- A TOTALLY INNOCENT PERSON, TRYING TO PERFORM DUTIES OF HER JOB.
