Narrative:
Part time pilot for our company set the altitude for 20000 ft. The controller gave us 21000 ft. I was looking for traffic and didn't see him make the mistake. Our company needs better training and our pilots are very tired and have a lot of stress.

Narrative: PART TIME PLT FOR OUR COMPANY SET THE ALT FOR 20000 FT. THE CTLR GAVE US 21000 FT. I WAS LOOKING FOR TFC AND DIDN'T SEE HIM MAKE THE MISTAKE. OUR COMPANY NEEDS BETTER TRAINING AND OUR PLTS ARE VERY TIRED AND HAVE A LOT OF STRESS.
