Narrative:

Because turbulence was clear air and unexpected, we did not have service items stowed, as all 3 cabins were in the process of preparing for follow-on service. Flight attendants tried to lock up as much as possible and situation down. Turbulence worsened, passenger did not listen to PA's and continued to get up. I was not working the cabin. Flight attendant #3 was working when she got hurt.

Narrative: BECAUSE TURB WAS CLR AIR AND UNEXPECTED, WE DID NOT HAVE SVC ITEMS STOWED, AS ALL 3 CABINS WERE IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING FOR FOLLOW-ON SVC.
