Narrative:

I was on a tower en route IFR flight from bur to smo. Once I had the runway in sight, I canceled IFR with socal. The aircraft bounced a couple of times, so I decided to do a go around. I opted to get back on with socal and asked for tower en route to bur. I landed on runway 8 at bur. As soon as I came to a full stop to taxi, I could feel the nose gear sink. I had a flat. I informed bur tower I had a nosewheel flat and could not move the aircraft.
