Narrative:

I was landing on runway 14 at ZZZ. Wind was 080 degrees at 12 KTS gusting to 22 KTS. At the time of touching down; a wind gust caught the C172 and blew it so that it turned to the left on the runway. I corrected and in correcting; the propeller struck the runway. I was asked if I needed assistance by the tower. I declined; and proceeded to taxi under my own power to parking. Once the plane was stopped; I noticed the propeller had struck the runway and that both tips were bent back about 3 inches. No one was injured. Plane taxied to the ramp under its own power.
