Narrative:

Received IFR clearance at AB15 for IFR 47N direct lga on telephone. Cleared sbj vectors, ILS 4 lga. Sequenced through 4 different controllers at nyc. Shot the ILS to about 1000 ft, cleared to land. Other airplanes were coming in and out of lga at this time. Upon landing, taxied to FBO to take freight to myr. Clearance refused to give me a clearance stating, 'airport is closed.' meanwhile a jet takes off. Found out airport NOTAM: lga closed fixed wing aircraft (closing times). Therefore, I landed (with ATC permission) at a closed airport. I landed at about AB50 at lga. My company was billed a $184 landing/parking fee. FBO personnel told me airport was open until AC00. ATIS did not mention NOTAM. I must have missed NOTAM on my duat WX briefing.

Narrative: RECEIVED IFR CLRNC AT AB15 FOR IFR 47N DIRECT LGA ON TELEPHONE. CLRED SBJ VECTORS, ILS 4 LGA. SEQUENCED THROUGH 4 DIFFERENT CTLRS AT NYC. SHOT THE ILS TO ABOUT 1000 FT, CLRED TO LAND. OTHER AIRPLANES WERE COMING IN AND OUT OF LGA AT THIS TIME. UPON LNDG, TAXIED TO FBO TO TAKE FREIGHT TO MYR. CLRNC REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CLRNC STATING, 'ARPT IS CLOSED.' MEANWHILE A JET TAKES OFF. FOUND OUT ARPT NOTAM: LGA CLOSED FIXED WING ACFT (CLOSING TIMES). THEREFORE, I LANDED (WITH ATC PERMISSION) AT A CLOSED ARPT. I LANDED AT ABOUT AB50 AT LGA. MY COMPANY WAS BILLED A $184 LNDG/PARKING FEE. FBO PERSONNEL TOLD ME ARPT WAS OPEN UNTIL AC00. ATIS DID NOT MENTION NOTAM. I MUST HAVE MISSED NOTAM ON MY DUAT WX BRIEFING.
