Narrative:
While flying the jhawk 2 arrival into mci, controller asked us if we had made our turn north. The pictorial display shows 2 items for noahs: 1) slow to 210 KTS, and 2) expect a turn to 010 degrees. The controller was correct in that the written text does say for turbojets to make the turn. Due to a high workload (using radar in WX) neither of us noticed text and had to be told about the turn. I would like to suggest a change to the arrival plate to include the turn as mandatory for turbojets.
