Narrative:

Location: bremr intersection, civet arrival. Inbound on the pdz 3 arrival to runway 25L lax, approach assigned us a heading to intercept the runway 25L localizer east of arnes and maintain 14000 ft. In the proximity of bremr intersection, approach cleared us to cross bremr at or above 12000 ft and descend via the civet 4 arrival. The last min change in arrival procedure and identify of bremr resulted in crossing the arnes intersection approximately 800 ft higher than the maximum altitude crossing of 11000 ft. The remainder of the descent profile was flown.
