Narrative:

Flight attendant #2 advised me that a male passenger in row xx was acting very aggressively towards him. I was already familiar with the woman in row xx, seat xxa. She gave me a hard time when I asked her to remove her bag or purse off the floor, due to seating in emergency exit. She was upset and looked at passenger seated in xxb. When I went to coach cabin to identify the male passenger, I noticed that the angry woman with purse had moved to seat xxb. When deplaning I purposely positioned myself aircraft left aft of first class. I wanted to be directly across from #2 flight attendant to protect and witness any sits that may occur. When the woman went by I said 'goodbye have a nice day' she said 'yeah right! Have a night day' and started mumbling very angrily and left. Now I knew this was the couple, so I watched the male passenger. He went towards #2 flight attendant, his face was very red. (I thought he was going to hit him.) so I stepped forward towards #2 flight attendant the man turned towards me. I said 'bye, bye.' he was breathing heavy and left the plane. I later pulled up the seat numbers and then the passenger itineraries. This incident supposedly began over #2 flight attendant advising the woman there was meat on the pasta. None of the records showed passenger service remarks for special meal orders. Also they were all done by travel agencies. I have 20 yrs experience between 2 airlines. While working at the ticket counter for X airline, I am very aware of customer/passenger aggression or violence. I strongly believe this passenger would have struck #2 flight attendant had I not been standing directly across from him.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, B757, PAX AGGRESSION.

Narrative: FLT ATTENDANT #2 ADVISED ME THAT A MALE PAX IN ROW XX WAS ACTING VERY AGGRESSIVELY TOWARDS HIM. I WAS ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH THE WOMAN IN ROW XX, SEAT XXA. SHE GAVE ME A HARD TIME WHEN I ASKED HER TO REMOVE HER BAG OR PURSE OFF THE FLOOR, DUE TO SEATING IN EMER EXIT. SHE WAS UPSET AND LOOKED AT PAX SEATED IN XXB. WHEN I WENT TO COACH CABIN TO IDENT THE MALE PAX, I NOTICED THAT THE ANGRY WOMAN WITH PURSE HAD MOVED TO SEAT XXB. WHEN DEPLANING I PURPOSELY POSITIONED MYSELF ACFT L AFT OF FIRST CLASS. I WANTED TO BE DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM #2 FLT ATTENDANT TO PROTECT AND WITNESS ANY SITS THAT MAY OCCUR. WHEN THE WOMAN WENT BY I SAID 'GOODBYE HAVE A NICE DAY' SHE SAID 'YEAH RIGHT! HAVE A NIGHT DAY' AND STARTED MUMBLING VERY ANGRILY AND LEFT. NOW I KNEW THIS WAS THE COUPLE, SO I WATCHED THE MALE PAX. HE WENT TOWARDS #2 FLT ATTENDANT, HIS FACE WAS VERY RED. (I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO HIT HIM.) SO I STEPPED FORWARD TOWARDS #2 FLT ATTENDANT THE MAN TURNED TOWARDS ME. I SAID 'BYE, BYE.' HE WAS BREATHING HVY AND LEFT THE PLANE. I LATER PULLED UP THE SEAT NUMBERS AND THEN THE PAX ITINERARIES. THIS INCIDENT SUPPOSEDLY BEGAN OVER #2 FLT ATTENDANT ADVISING THE WOMAN THERE WAS MEAT ON THE PASTA. NONE OF THE RECORDS SHOWED PAX SVC REMARKS FOR SPECIAL MEAL ORDERS. ALSO THEY WERE ALL DONE BY TRAVEL AGENCIES. I HAVE 20 YRS EXPERIENCE BTWN 2 AIRLINES. WHILE WORKING AT THE TICKET COUNTER FOR X AIRLINE, I AM VERY AWARE OF CUSTOMER/PAX AGGRESSION OR VIOLENCE. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THIS PAX WOULD HAVE STRUCK #2 FLT ATTENDANT HAD I NOT BEEN STANDING DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM HIM.
