Narrative:

I was in the first class galley assisting the #1 flight attendant when our #2 flight attendant came up front and told us that a passenger had cornered her in the bathroom and the back of the aircraft. The passenger also used a lot of profanity with the #2 flight attendant (as she told us). The #2 flight attendant filled out a report about the passenger and asked the passenger for her name, which she refused to give (I witnessed this). We then looked it up in the paperwork. The #2 flight attendant informed the captain of the situation and he called ahead for security. When we got there, I showed security to the passenger seat and he took her off the plane. (All other passenger remained seated.) in the terminal security, the passenger and the #4 flight attendant spoke about the situation. There were several other passenger there too who witnessed the passenger misconduct. They gave their personal information to the security person and the #2 flight attendant. The passenger finally left with nothing resolved. I would also like to mention that the passenger had several alcoholic drinks and was rude and demanding the entire flight.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, S80, DFW-FAT, PAX AGGRESSION, INTERFERE WITH FLT ATTENDANT'S DUTY. SECURITY REMOVED PAX.

Narrative: I WAS IN THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY ASSISTING THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT WHEN OUR #2 FLT ATTENDANT CAME UP FRONT AND TOLD US THAT A PAX HAD CORNERED HER IN THE BATHROOM AND THE BACK OF THE ACFT. THE PAX ALSO USED A LOT OF PROFANITY WITH THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT (AS SHE TOLD US). THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT FILLED OUT A RPT ABOUT THE PAX AND ASKED THE PAX FOR HER NAME, WHICH SHE REFUSED TO GIVE (I WITNESSED THIS). WE THEN LOOKED IT UP IN THE PAPERWORK. THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED THE CAPT OF THE SIT AND HE CALLED AHEAD FOR SECURITY. WHEN WE GOT THERE, I SHOWED SECURITY TO THE PAX SEAT AND HE TOOK HER OFF THE PLANE. (ALL OTHER PAX REMAINED SEATED.) IN THE TERMINAL SECURITY, THE PAX AND THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT SPOKE ABOUT THE SIT. THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER PAX THERE TOO WHO WITNESSED THE PAX MISCONDUCT. THEY GAVE THEIR PERSONAL INFO TO THE SECURITY PERSON AND THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT. THE PAX FINALLY LEFT WITH NOTHING RESOLVED. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT THE PAX HAD SEVERAL ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AND WAS RUDE AND DEMANDING THE ENTIRE FLT.
