Flight number and ship number were changed due to late inbound equipment. Dispatch release that was signed did not reflect these changes. Call sign was modified to reflect the changes after takeoff. All other events were routine.

Title: AN ACR MD88 FLC DEPARTED UNDER A DISPATCH RELEASE THAT SHOWED THE WRONG FLT NUMBER AND ACFT NUMBER.
Narrative: FLT NUMBER AND SHIP NUMBER WERE CHANGED DUE TO LATE INBOUND EQUIP. DISPATCH RELEASE THAT WAS SIGNED DID NOT REFLECT THESE CHANGES. CALL SIGN WAS MODIFIED TO REFLECT THE CHANGES AFTER TKOF. ALL OTHER EVENTS WERE ROUTINE.
