Narrative:
Routine blade-lube of B737-300, pilot reported engine vibration. Wxy maintenance found a blade damper missing. During lubing of blade, every step was doublechked and followed maintenance manual procedures.

Narrative: ROUTINE BLADE-LUBE OF B737-300, PLT RPTED ENG VIBRATION. WXY MAINT FOUND A BLADE DAMPER MISSING. DURING LUBING OF BLADE, EVERY STEP WAS DOUBLECHKED AND FOLLOWED MAINT MANUAL PROCS.
