Narrative:

I had finished taking the passenger's ticket at the gate, and boarded the plane for our flight to lga. I was closing the forward coat closet, when a passenger came forward from coach and asked me to hang his coat because 'it was worth more than our salaries.' he returned to coach, continuing to stand up, taking his time sitting down. The agent was waiting to close the door and he was obviously delaying the flight. He made a comment to flight attendant #3, a male flight attendant, asking a very rude question. The flight attendant #3 responded by saying, 'that's it -- you're off the plane.' the captain was notified of the situation and removed the passenger from the aircraft. The first class passenger said he was 'causing problems' in the terminal also, because he was unable to get a first class seat on the flight to lga. The passenger service representative came on board the aircraft, and removed him from the flight. As the passenger left the aircraft, he told us to not 'chew too many pillows!' I have no idea what he meant, but we were all glad he was taken off the flight. The flight continued on with no further interruptions.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT ON VERBALLY ABUSIVE PAX THAT CAPT HAD GND AGENT REMOVE ON BOARDING IN DFW.

Narrative: I HAD FINISHED TAKING THE PAX'S TICKET AT THE GATE, AND BOARDED THE PLANE FOR OUR FLT TO LGA. I WAS CLOSING THE FORWARD COAT CLOSET, WHEN A PAX CAME FORWARD FROM COACH AND ASKED ME TO HANG HIS COAT BECAUSE 'IT WAS WORTH MORE THAN OUR SALARIES.' HE RETURNED TO COACH, CONTINUING TO STAND UP, TAKING HIS TIME SITTING DOWN. THE AGENT WAS WAITING TO CLOSE THE DOOR AND HE WAS OBVIOUSLY DELAYING THE FLT. HE MADE A COMMENT TO FLT ATTENDANT #3, A MALE FLT ATTENDANT, ASKING A VERY RUDE QUESTION. THE FLT ATTENDANT #3 RESPONDED BY SAYING, 'THAT'S IT -- YOU'RE OFF THE PLANE.' THE CAPT WAS NOTIFIED OF THE SIT AND REMOVED THE PAX FROM THE ACFT. THE FIRST CLASS PAX SAID HE WAS 'CAUSING PROBS' IN THE TERMINAL ALSO, BECAUSE HE WAS UNABLE TO GET A FIRST CLASS SEAT ON THE FLT TO LGA. THE PAX SVC REPRESENTATIVE CAME ON BOARD THE ACFT, AND REMOVED HIM FROM THE FLT. AS THE PAX LEFT THE ACFT, HE TOLD US TO NOT 'CHEW TOO MANY PILLOWS!' I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE MEANT, BUT WE WERE ALL GLAD HE WAS TAKEN OFF THE FLT. THE FLT CONTINUED ON WITH NO FURTHER INTERRUPTIONS.
