Narrative:

Departed and maintained runway heading instead of flying a 150 degree heading after 3 DME fix on swann 2 departure out of bwi runway 28. All other runways maintain runway heading. Departure control caught the error at the 5 or 6 mi fix and issued turn (left) to a 110 degree heading. I will more closely read departure in the future. Supplemental information from acn 426642: I feel the cause of the event was the lack of a thorough briefing prior to departure. To correct the situation, I would review the departure with the captain prior to pushing back from the gate.
