Narrative:

We experienced a windshear of 20 KTS +/-5 KTS and had a loss of airspeed sufficient to cause a wing to hit the ground. At the time of the incident, we were over the runway in full landing confign and were unable to prevent the wingtip making contact with the ground. After notifying my chief pilot, director of maintenance was brought to examine the damage, and in his assessment the damage was minor enough to permit flying to our base on a ferry permit. There were no injuries and no damage of any kind to anything other than the aircraft.
