Narrative:

When lining up for landing runway 35 at kelly airpark, I realized a glider had been staged at end of paved runway. I initiated a go around over the glider at what I thought was about 250 ft AGL. I felt a slight tug on towline and knew that towline had snagged a portion of the glider in position on runway. I did not know until landing if anyone was injured or if damage was done to the glider. Upon examination of glider found some glass chips missing from right trailing edge of wing of glider. No personal injuries occurred. In hindsight, I could have landed on east taxiway and avoided aircraft and persons on ground. In addition, my go around could have been over to the right side of the runway.
