Narrative:
On climb out from mexico city, I may have exceeded the climb speed limits on the arcos 1 departure, which caused me to overshoot the leg to tepexpan. A poor night of sleep was a contributing factor to this problem.

Title: CAPT OF AN ACR MLG EXCEEDED SPD RESTR AND OVERSHOT TURNING FIX DURING FOREIGN ARPT SID DEP.
Narrative: ON CLBOUT FROM MEXICO CITY, I MAY HAVE EXCEEDED THE CLB SPD LIMITS ON THE ARCOS 1 DEP, WHICH CAUSED ME TO OVERSHOOT THE LEG TO TEPEXPAN. A POOR NIGHT OF SLEEP WAS A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO THIS PROB.
