Narrative:

We were issued VFR TA at 14500 ft or 16500 ft. We acknowledged traffic. We were then given a frequency change. During this time, we made a turn onto the sadde 6 arrival. It was here that I realized that we were on what appeared to be a collision course with the other aircraft. I was the PF and as such, took evasive action. We missed the aircraft by just a few hundred ft.
