Narrative:
En route from dfw-mem, we did not receive a frequency change. After several mins of silence we called mem approach. They told us that we had gone without communication for several mins. At no time did we acknowledge a handoff from center.

Title: LTT ACFT CREW LOST RADIO CONTACT AT A FREQ CHANGE POINT.
Narrative: ENRTE FROM DFW-MEM, WE DID NOT RECEIVE A FREQ CHANGE. AFTER SEVERAL MINS OF SILENCE WE CALLED MEM APCH. THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAD GONE WITHOUT COM FOR SEVERAL MINS. AT NO TIME DID WE ACKNOWLEDGE A HDOF FROM CTR.
