Narrative:

FAA maintenance inspector on board from dal-lit flight, aug/xa/98. Upon landing lit, inspector noticed piece of trim missing from rear of first officer cockpit window. We said we would have it replaced in dal. He said ok. Upon return to dal, maintenance was informed, then looked but could not find trim to replace it. I forgot to put this in logbook.
