Narrative:

My right wing scraped wing of aircraft parked in adjacent tie- down. Other aircraft (aeronca champ) has very dark blue wings and I didn't see how close I was getting. Night taxi after local pattern work (night currency). Only light was my taxi light. Discovered by my plane stopping and pulling to right. Corrective action separate aircraft and pull to tie-down. No structural damage to either aircraft. Only paint scraping on wingtips. No report to NTSB required.
