Narrative:

C135 departing eil was assigned a route which violated restr area R2211. I assigned the route because I didn't know R2211 was active. Information was not forwarded during position relief briefing. A related issue is the poor display of special use airspace data throughout this facility. We display the data on a plexiglas board in the radar room and rely on voice coordination to other position, and when the facility is operated as a tracab. We have 9 MOA's, 3 restr areas and 5 atcaa's which are in, or join our airspace.
