Narrative:

XA30Z, 1000 ft, bda tower, ILS runway 30 bda. On short final to bda, at about 1500 ft and selecting flaps 25 degrees from 20 degrees, EICAS displayed 'trailing edge flaps disagree.' flaps indicated 20 degrees. At about 1000 ft, a go around was initiated with concurrence of tower. On downwind, the trailing edge flap disagree checklist was accomplished and an emergency was declared. Reference 20 speed was 140 KTS and winds were 270 degrees at 14 KTS. Landing was in touchdown zone with autobrakes at 4. Taxi speed attained 1/2 way down runway. Emergency vehicles were released and we taxied to gate uneventfully.

EMER VEHICLES WERE RELEASED AND WE TAXIED TO GATE UNEVENTFULLY.
