Narrative:
Flew outbound on 342 degree radial, phk VOR instead of flight plan route of 002 degree radial phk. Miami saw error after 20 mi. We observed no conflict. We had 3 aircraft changes and it was very hot in the cockpit. We think fatigue was the reason for the occurrence. Supplemental information from acn 404569: 002 degree radial of phk was flight plan designated in dispatch release.
