Narrative:

Approach cleared us for visual approach to runway 19R. Either he forgot to send us over to tower or we missed it. We landed and I told tower we were vacating the runway going to ground, approach came back and said you're on approach frequency. I went over to ground and we taxied in.

Narrative: APCH CLRED US FOR VISUAL APCH TO RWY 19R. EITHER HE FORGOT TO SEND US OVER TO TWR OR WE MISSED IT. WE LANDED AND I TOLD TWR WE WERE VACATING THE RWY GOING TO GND, APCH CAME BACK AND SAID YOU'RE ON APCH FREQ. I WENT OVER TO GND AND WE TAXIED IN.
