Narrative:

We received a letter from the noise abatement authority/authorized at lax for turning before the shoreline departing runway 25R early in the morning when they are using runway 6R ILS for arrs. However, we were advised to turn for inbound opposite direction ILS traffic. If lax is going to use this procedure they can save themselves the paperwork because these things will happen on a regular basis. On a flight the week before (same time and flight number) we got a TCASII advisory and turned early but evidently we did not fly over el segundo noise sensitive area.
