Narrative:
Air carrier was climbing out from mem to fsm. Military, who was assigned 100b290, spilled out the southern edge of the shirley MOA. Air carrier was assigned a 180 degree vector while the military was called. Separation was never lost.

Narrative: ACR WAS CLBING OUT FROM MEM TO FSM. MIL, WHO WAS ASSIGNED 100B290, SPILLED OUT THE SOUTHERN EDGE OF THE SHIRLEY MOA. ACR WAS ASSIGNED A 180 DEG VECTOR WHILE THE MIL WAS CALLED. SEPARATION WAS NEVER LOST.
