Narrative:
While taxiing on taxiway C, I inadvertently missed a 'hold short' forcing another aircraft on short final to do a go around. This was caused by pilot tending to other duties, and inattn on his part. Having the hold short lines painted brighter, and strobes on the runway marker lights (such as I have seen at stl) would be a great help.

Title: A PA28 PLT MADE AN UNAUTH ENTRY ONTO AN ACTIVE RWY CAUSING AN ACFT ON SHORT FINAL APCH TO EXECUTE A GAR.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING ON TXWY C, I INADVERTENTLY MISSED A 'HOLD SHORT' FORCING ANOTHER ACFT ON SHORT FINAL TO DO A GAR. THIS WAS CAUSED BY PLT TENDING TO OTHER DUTIES, AND INATTN ON HIS PART. HAVING THE HOLD SHORT LINES PAINTED BRIGHTER, AND STROBES ON THE RWY MARKER LIGHTS (SUCH AS I HAVE SEEN AT STL) WOULD BE A GREAT HELP.
