Narrative:

Was working meacham south position. Had an aircraft wbound at 4000 ft and the radio coverage was too poor to hear the aircraft. This situation has been reported numerous times with no corrective action. This is a dangerous situation in this high volume airspace to have this poor quality radio coverage!

Narrative: WAS WORKING MEACHAM S POS. HAD AN ACFT WBOUND AT 4000 FT AND THE RADIO COVERAGE WAS TOO POOR TO HEAR THE ACFT. THIS SIT HAS BEEN RPTED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO CORRECTIVE ACTION. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SIT IN THIS HIGH VOLUME AIRSPACE TO HAVE THIS POOR QUALITY RADIO COVERAGE!
