Narrative:

I went to assist another worker on a job. Before the job was completed, I was distracted by being called to the attention of previous assignment. Returned to my co-worker to whom I was assisting who had moved ahead awaiting my assistance, not recalling that something may have been left undone. This matter was not discovered until in-flight. I think the way not to have this matter occur in the future is, if 2 people are working together, and 1 has to break, then the one remaining should hold his work position until partner returns.
