Narrative:

Flying at cruise altitude of 19000 ft we had a problem with our WX radar and the captain and I were troubleshooting the problem. ATC called us and asked us our heading, we repeated it, and then realized after crossing over the sat VOR we never set in our new outbound course. We were probably 10 mi off course. We immediately corrected our course after ATC told us to do so.
