Narrative:

After takeoff during initial climb the #1 engine bleed 'duct leakage' warning light illuminated. Following checklist procedures the affected engine was shut down. After this was accomplished the warning light extinguished, which indicated the 'duct leakage' was in fact real and not a faulty indicator. The flight declared an emergency and was diverted back to the departure airport!

Title: EMB120 ACFT DURING CLB HAD 'DUCT LEAKAGE' WARNING. FLC SHUT DOWN THE ENG IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCS. THE WARNING LIGHT WENT OUT INDICATING THAT THE WARNING WAS REAL AND NOT JUST A FAULTY DETECTOR.
