While landing on runway 31 at lse, student landed normally (no wind) but gndlooped 7EC aircraft at approximately 40 mph. Damaged left wing, no injuries to instructor (reporter) or student. A private pilot with a total of approximately 248 total hours with 139 hours tail dragger.

Narrative: WHILE LNDG ON RWY 31 AT LSE, STUDENT LANDED NORMALLY (NO WIND) BUT GNDLOOPED 7EC ACFT AT APPROX 40 MPH. DAMAGED L WING, NO INJURIES TO INSTRUCTOR (RPTR) OR STUDENT. A PVT PLT WITH A TOTAL OF APPROX 248 TOTAL HRS WITH 139 HRS TAIL DRAGGER.
