Narrative:

Had unloaded cargo for freight hauler on their ramp on southeast side of airport. Needed to taxi to northwest side of airport to FBO to deliver cargo for 2 other customers. Contacted ground control and told to hold short of runway 3/21 at taxiway T. Held for several takeoff and landing operations (approximately 5 mins). A bandeirante, EMB110, landed on runway 3 and turned off at taxiway T coming within 20 ft before seeing my plane and stopping. Ground control directed me to do a 180 degree turn and taxi clear so the EMB110 could enter the cargo ramp. After reaching FBO, I called tower supervisor and discussed incident. Supervisor said there was not any coordination between ground and local controller.
