Narrative:

B73S eastbound FL330 issued direct djb. B727 checked on nwbound at FL350. Due to flow restr B727 was issued descent to FL330 without sufficient traffic search. B727 transferred to another sector. When possible loss of separation became apparent B73S was turned and issued descent. Loss of separation occurred. A better traffic search would have prevented the error.
