Narrative:
Aircraft #1 was cleared to land on runway 9. Aircraft #2 was cleared for takeoff on runway 18R. There is 5200 ft from the approach end of runway 9 to the intersection of runway 18R. Aircraft #1 was crossing the threshold of runway 9 as aircraft #2 was through the intersection. Supervisor saw different. I've been a tower controller for xx yrs. I have numerous 'exceptionals' and 'outstanding' per's. I take great pride in the job I have and I do. This temporary supervisor is looking to climb the ladder.
