Narrative:

Cleared into position and hold runway 14 at srq. Tower was handling several small (light) aircraft. Three of these type aircraft departed ahead of us. As we positioned on the runway we heard tower clear an aircraft for touch and go. We both checked final for runway 14 and the captain verbally asked me if I saw any traffic on final for runway 14. I responded that I didn't see any and it must have been for runway 4. Once in position we had to wait about 45 seconds for the light aircraft in front of us to make a clearing turn to the south. After that the tower cleared us for takeoff. I was inside the cockpit (with my scan) for most of the takeoff roll. At vr I was surprised by a rather abrupt pull-up by the captain. I looked up and observed the beech bonanza pass directly under us. My immediate concern was that we would strike the beech with our landing gear or tail. Fortunately we missed. Clearance was probably not more than 10 ft.
