Narrative:

Clearance gave us the oasys 2 departure daggett transition. Our FMC had the gfs transition. We didn't notice until we had already made the turn inbound to gfs.

Title: FLC OF A B737 FAILED TO FOLLOW THE ASSIGNED SID TRANSITION DURING CLB DUE TO THE FMC PROGRAMMED WITH THE WRONG TRANSITION.

Narrative: CLRNC GAVE US THE OASYS 2 DEP DAGGETT TRANSITION. OUR FMC HAD THE GFS TRANSITION. WE DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL WE HAD ALREADY MADE THE TURN INBOUND TO GFS.
