Narrative:

The last contact received by ZOA was just after bty VOR. We could hear oak transmit but never received a frequency change to ZLA. We did not realize that we should have been on ZAB until 90 mi north of phx. We found a frequency on our charts and finally transmitted to ZAB, where abouts they informed us that they had been trying to contact us. We suspect that we missed the frequency change because of a blocked transmission. We never acknowledged any change.
