Narrative:
Aircraft #1 was turned on final 8-9 mi north, then aircraft #2 was turned on the final about 5-6 mi same altitude. Aircraft #1, who was faster than aircraft #2, overtook and was vectored off the final with 1.5 NM separation and decreasing.

Narrative: ACFT #1 WAS TURNED ON FINAL 8-9 MI N, THEN ACFT #2 WAS TURNED ON THE FINAL ABOUT 5-6 MI SAME ALT. ACFT #1, WHO WAS FASTER THAN ACFT #2, OVERTOOK AND WAS VECTORED OFF THE FINAL WITH 1.5 NM SEPARATION AND DECREASING.
