Narrative:

We were on approach to landing at mem coming from bna. The WX was low, 300 and 1 mi. We were cleared for the approach to runway 18R. The approach was uneventful, we broke out and landed. On landing, the captain looked at the radios and said 'oh no, I didn't call tower.' we called ground upon leaving the runway and nothing was said. Some contributing factors were the WX. We were busy on the approach. Control didn't switch us to tower, but we should have caught on. Supplemental information from acn 379360: as I directed the first officer to run the after landing checklist, I realized that I had never contacted the tower for a landing clearance. Possible solutions may include a landing clearance item on the before landing checklist.
