Narrative:

We were cleared for the approach to runway 27 at mem, coming from bna. The approach went uneventfully. The approach controller never told us to contact tower and we landed without clearance. Upon rollout I noticed approach frequency was in #1 radio and tower was on standby. I asked the captain if he called tower and he said he forgot. We called ground with nothing said. Some contributing factors were fatigue. I had about 2 1/2 hours of sleep because of commuting in from home on other air carrier. We were busy discussing the displaced threshold and glide path. On my legs working the radio I say at the 500 ft call, 'flaps 35 degrees flows off, 3 green, cleared to land.' I guess I need to do this when the captain is working the radios also.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR THE APCH TO RWY 27 AT MEM, COMING FROM BNA. THE APCH WENT UNEVENTFULLY. THE APCH CTLR NEVER TOLD US TO CONTACT TWR AND WE LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC. UPON ROLLOUT I NOTICED APCH FREQ WAS IN #1 RADIO AND TWR WAS ON STANDBY. I ASKED THE CAPT IF HE CALLED TWR AND HE SAID HE FORGOT. WE CALLED GND WITH NOTHING SAID. SOME CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE FATIGUE. I HAD ABOUT 2 1/2 HRS OF SLEEP BECAUSE OF COMMUTING IN FROM HOME ON OTHER ACR. WE WERE BUSY DISCUSSING THE DISPLACED THRESHOLD AND GLIDE PATH. ON MY LEGS WORKING THE RADIO I SAY AT THE 500 FT CALL, 'FLAPS 35 DEGS FLOWS OFF, 3 GREEN, CLRED TO LAND.' I GUESS I NEED TO DO THIS WHEN THE CAPT IS WORKING THE RADIOS ALSO.
