Narrative:

During approach to runway 22R at ord, we were given a 250 degree heading to join the localizer. The localizer frequency for runway 22L was in the PF navigation radio so it appeared that we had flown through the localizer. A 25 degree turn to the left was initiated to intercept. Approximately 15 seconds later we received a TCASII RA for traffic at 1.5 mi and 600 ft above. Approach then gave us a 60 degree right turn to intercept runway 22R. The remainder of the approach and landing was normal.
