Narrative:
The leading edge slats were damaged. It appeared as if the fuel panel door had come open and interfered with their normal operation. The cockpit indications were all normal and the flight landed without incident.

Title: A B737 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE FUELING PANEL DOOR UNLOCKED AND OPEN INCURRING DAMAGE TO THE R WING LEADING EDGE SLAT.
Narrative: THE LEADING EDGE SLATS WERE DAMAGED. IT APPEARED AS IF THE FUEL PANEL DOOR HAD COME OPEN AND INTERFERED WITH THEIR NORMAL OP. THE COCKPIT INDICATIONS WERE ALL NORMAL AND THE FLT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
