Narrative:
I was shooting an ILS into burbank, ca, on runway 8. A commuter plane was holding in position on runway 15. Tower thought the ILS was going fine and thus released the commuter for takeoff. I was cleared to land and hold short of runway 15. After I noticed that I couldn't comply with what I was told I opted for a go around. While I was climbing out I noticed the commuter rotating for takeoff, and I thought that if I continued straight I would fly into his flight path. I notified tower of the go around and told them that I would turn right to avoid the traffic. Tower then notified me to go straight. I then complied with their instruction to land on runway 15. I was then told to call tower as soon as possible due to possible deviation.

Title: PLT OF SMA ON APCH IS TOLD TO LAND AND HOLD SHORT BUT FEELS HE CANNOT COMPLY. HE BEGINS A GAR AND NOTIFIES TWR. NOTICING A COMMUTER ACFT BEGINNING TKOF HE DECIDES TO TURN R AND NOTIFIES TWR BUT IS TOLD TO CONTINUE STRAIGHT. REQUESTED TO CALL TWR AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: I WAS SHOOTING AN ILS INTO BURBANK, CA, ON RWY 8. A COMMUTER PLANE WAS HOLDING IN POS ON RWY 15. TWR THOUGHT THE ILS WAS GOING FINE AND THUS RELEASED THE COMMUTER FOR TKOF. I WAS CLRED TO LAND AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 15. AFTER I NOTICED THAT I COULDN'T COMPLY WITH WHAT I WAS TOLD I OPTED FOR A GAR. WHILE I WAS CLBING OUT I NOTICED THE COMMUTER ROTATING FOR TKOF, AND I THOUGHT THAT IF I CONTINUED STRAIGHT I WOULD FLY INTO HIS FLT PATH. I NOTIFIED TWR OF THE GAR AND TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD TURN R TO AVOID THE TFC. TWR THEN NOTIFIED ME TO GO STRAIGHT. I THEN COMPLIED WITH THEIR INSTRUCTION TO LAND ON RWY 15. I WAS THEN TOLD TO CALL TWR ASAP DUE TO POSSIBLE DEV.
